Being a humble single-wide kind of guy, I don't have a whole lot of room for big amps. I just have a '70's practice amp in the livingroom and I use a Squier Sidekick Keyboard amp in my bedroom. 10 inch speaker. But, man have I had some nice tube amps when I lived in my house.

Hi Fett. How are you? I am fine. I just got my 5150 via FedEx today. I was worried that it would be damaged, but the packing job held. My buddy had very carefully removed and packed the tubes in bubble wrap. I very carefully reversed everything and re-installed the tubes. This is jgcable's old amp...he says he spent $350 on tubes & maintenance in the last year.
I placed the 5150 on my Soldano cab and played my Charvel Star through it tonight - man were my ears ringing! I quickly went through my band's 26 song set list, heh heh, speed metal versions only

Do you have any amps? What amps do you play through?

I'm sure glad I decided to stop using the furnace. It's 4fukking5 degrees in my trailer at 11AM. It must be my viking blood. It doesn't really bother me. However, 65 degrees was nice until I got my bill.

I have come to the conclusion that my new neighbors are inconsiderate asswipes. They have a Honda that seems to be in perfect running condition. For some reason they let their car idle for many minutes in the driveway. The fumes just pour into my trailer. I have asked them numerous times to please stop doing that. They say in their own way to fuck off. I am blessed with a trailer that has windows that wrap around the 3 sides of my livingroom that I leave open when it gets warm. Their fukking car is 10 feet away from one whole side of those windows. If they don't knock it off soon, I guess the next step is a written complaint to the manager.

He wouldn't know anything about which guitar would suit him. I was thinking a '96 Black MIM Strat. He has big hands like Daddy so I think I can determine the fit. Should I throw him a Floyded 'tar?:ROTF:

Them strat 1 5/8" nuts can be a bitch sometimes.
I love my Squire strat, but I can only play it for short durations... damn neck is too narrow.
