Back to cheap meat. I bought my $12 T-Bone for $2 and let it sit in the frig for a week (in the package). I cooked it up yesterday and it was awesome. It was so tender, it was melt in your mouth good. I'll let you know when doing this kills me.
In the meantime, I'm in steak heaven.

Hamburger is more expensive that my T-Bones and Rib Eyes. Here is what sucks. The other employees at the market have discovered the "Window of Cheap Meat"
I may not get the meat I want but I will have to work harder getting the meat I want to eat.
