Ok, need to replace a few relays on a PCB. Its a Potter & Brumfield/Tyco relay, part number t90S1D42-15. Its a 30 amp DC 15v coil type. NOONE has the 15v coil one in stock. They have 12, 18, 22, 24... but of course no 15v ones. I need this relay because its physically a specific size.
Here is the datasheet for the t90 series relays: http://relays.tycoelectronics.com/da...ts/T90N_DS.pdf
My question is, would I be able to use a different voltage coil without and adverse side effects? Ill admit, while I can build anything PCB related under the sun, Im not that good with voltages and whatnot. Would 15v be enough to pop an 81v coil?
Thanks in advance!
