  • Should I be worried?

I have a user on my audiozone.dk site, who has ordered and paid for the CatScans CDROM, which I'm offering. In case you don't know what I'm talking about: http://audiozone.dk/index-filer/catcdrom.htm

Now, I'm probably paranoid, but should I be worried that his street address is: xxxx South Yukon Court? Is this a court? A guy at a court, requesting a copy...

I don't know how the American law system works wrt. these scans and offering them for sale (even though I'm not making serious money on this, it's $16), but could I be facing some legal issues? What's your advice?

You're probably laughing right now, but hey If you're that guy from Yukon Court, speak up...

    Could it be a Cul-de-sac?

Sounds like it's the name of the road. Like.. Avenue, Boulevard, Highway, Road, Court.

No, no, it's not a LEGAL Court, it's another type of Street designation.

      We have:
      Street
      Court
      Loop
      Lane
      Boulevard (Hollywood Boulevard?)
      Road
Avenue (Hot shoe, burnin down the Avenue!)
      State Road (rural areas)
and a few others I can't recall but are probably so friggin simple I should be slapped for it

Oh yeah, Cul-De-sac, though I've never seen that on a sign.

There's also Circle (Picadilly Circus in London would be Picadilly Circle or Picadilly Loop here).

      And then there's Square.

Courts of Law here are rarely if ever named as simply as "Yukon Court" - it's always something overly dramatic like 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals, or they are contained within City Hall and are named for their various specialities - Divorce Court, Traffic Court, General Sessions, etc, and the addresses will always be something like:
      5th Circuit Court
      Doofus County City Hall
      2222 Jefferson Road
      Gooberville, Colorado 81009

        yeah Street Drive Parkway whatever

A Court in this context is a very short little road that goes in a small circle with like 6 houses on the outside and usually just some plants or whatever in the center

Or an apartment complex - usually those are named "so-and-so court" to make it sound quaint and exclusive to justify the high rent

Housing Projects are also named "Court" on occasion. Makes it sound quaint and exclusive so the welfare parasites can feel as good about themselves as people who work for a living

Thanks guys! That was fast. I feel more comfortable now, shipping this item to him.

If I disappear from this board and the CD-ROM is taken off my site, you we're wrong

Should we call 911 if you don't come back in 15 minutes?
