Brings back "fond" memories of some clients I have served...
Although in fairness, quite a few cases that seem frivolous from newspaper headlines are actually not frivolous at all when you actually read the case law.
But as North America becomes ever more litigious, there are certainly far more frivolous cases crowding the system than there should be.Comment
