The officials so far have been horrible... for all teams playing. Too many calls, on the wrong things, and they call back EVERY goal. Then, when the goal should of been called back, they just keep playing.

so it's the Ice's fault?-lol The refs blow, and why do they have to call Toronto? I need to know this. The Rangers have out played them if you ask me, but I'm a Ranger fan, and I don't ever change teams or front run either so i think I deserve to them in the playoffs once every decade-lol You're right about the goals being called back and the ones that are not. It's pretty outlandish. Is it outlandish in Toronto?-lol
Swing game is huge. I wasn't going to post because since I stopped we got even, I may have just fukked my team out of a shot at beating these guys. I'm superduperstitious about everything.

Tommy the league reviews ALL goals for all NHL games in Toronto "war room" set up.

The league made the right call. Everyone and their brother knows the puck was in but since the offical on the ice called it a no goal there was not enough video evidence to over turn that call. Even if the on ice official called it a goal they would have review the goal and still not had enough evidence to reverse the on ice call.

Chalk another "no goal" for the people of Buffalo to whine about for years and years and years and years and years and years ....

Everytime I pick a team they go down in flames, lol, actually I think Hockey does a pretty good job at its officiating, they changed the rules so much, its so close on a lot of these hooking/holding/interfence calls, and the game (on good ice) is moving at a speed where its tough to get a good look at everything, at least they try to use replay, actually the rangers and wings are my 2 favorite teams left, they just happen to be playing the 2 teams I feel have the best shot,

I actually had the Ottawa series in mind with that post... there have been some really, really stupid calls in that one.

There was no good video of the ottawa goal that I saw from any angle. So same story - the goal stood becasue the video couldn't show otherwise. I saw it slo-mo, backwards, forwards, in black and white, green and blue, you name it - there was no way the video showed the goal should have been called back. You could not see if Fisher touched him or not.

Ottawa 3 Devils 2... one more. Can't write the Devils off tho.. tough team. I think Brodeur should play for Ottawa.

Complacency has always been a problem with the Canucks, I mean honestly.....who blows a two goal lead in the second round with a chance to tie up the series...pick up yer fuckin' tits and keep the pressure on...if Luongo was going to have to carry an offencively inconsistent team every night they might as well have left his ass in Florida for all the help they're giving him.......and I think the goal reviews in Toronto is meant to serve as the "impartial official" so noone can cry favortism on a questionable decision, takes the burden off the on-ice officials and places it on the league itself......

The Wings game was fucking nerve racking! I thought they were never going to tie it

The Wings scored with 4.5 seconds left in the 2nd, 33 seconds left in the third to tieit, and hen got the first one in sudden death. 2-2, it's a tough series , and all have been great to watch. if the people in control up in hockey heaven allow the Rangers to move on, I'd rather play the Devils than ottawa. We don't match up well against Ottawa, they've got some skaters. Spezza is a fukkin' rocket. They're gonna take NJ down now.

Here in Ottawa, Spezza gets beat up in talk shows and the paper all year long. No one's ever happy with the guy. Figure that one out??? Not living up to unrealistic expectations basically.

I think the momentum is with the Rangers right now. They can do it!! I'd love to see Buffalo out. They're to frikkin good. Send 'em golfing.

they made the right call on that Sabre non goal..it has to be absolutely conclusive that the whole puck is over the line..if it's not it's no goal

Hard to feel sorry for the sabres though as they've had a number of video reviews go there way so far in the playoffs and there also suppose to be the far superior team to the Rangers but other then game 1 the Ranger have out played the Sabres for the most of the series....
