"Bill, Smoke a Bowl and Crank Van Halen I, Life is better when I do that"
Donnie Swanstrom 01/25/06..miss ya!
"Well, your friend would have Bell's Palsy, which is a facial paralysis, not "Balls Pelsy" like we're joking about here." Toejam's attempt at sensitivity.
+1 on Wolf. I loved his riffs and his solos always fit so well with the song. It wasn't him playing as fast as he could and showing off his chops, he actually progressed the song to a certain point, then brought it back down to where the next verse or chorus could pick it up no prob.
Even though they weren't Metal Guitarists, I'd have to add Dan Huff and Mark Knoppfler (although, I only started to appreciate his stuff about 6 or 7 years ago - I started listening to his older stuff and it just started clicking with me).
