So. I get this thing already framed for $10. It's made of cloth, as in flag or banner. It's just very cool. It's like 3X2 feet. As in pretty big. I know that's Victoria, but that's about it. It has a coat of arms and everything. Ask grandmum WTF this is.:ROTF:

All I can say is that the Union part of the flag is upside-down. The thicker white stripe should be on the upper part of the upper-left diagonal.

Also, I found that this design is referred to as "British Red Ensign".
