was that 94! fucking hell I remember watching it as it happend.

There are no more characters like him in GP any more. The current lot are all boring, I miss the 70s when the drivers would be out on the town the night before the race and still drive like loons the next day.

I've changed to MotoGP now as they pass each other.
Fwopping, you know you want to!

The most talented F-1 driver ever, after we lost him the F-1 turned into a ridiculous and faggy circus wich has less to do with sports than chess.

I was at the school library when my best friend (who also died tragically a few years later, RIP Sovik) showed me the newspaper with the photo... I remember that day so well like it was yesterday. RIP Senna!!

One of, if not the BEST, F1 driver in history. Truly a loss.

Perhaps a better way to remember him.

That sunday it was my first comunion (I was in ca catholic school, I HAD to do it), anyway I locked myself in my room until they took him on the chopper to the hospital. What a loss. When the computers wheren´t as good and fast as today, he could do a lap, go to the pits and tell the team exacly what the onboard computer data said before they got it out! No one can race in the rain like he did anymore ... RIP

                    PS:
Once I saw in the TV a 2 hour special on him, maybe on the History Channel, and at the end I was in tears... it has been the greatest funeral ever in Brazil.

I was 8 when he died but I can clearly remember he was the ultimate F-1 driver. He was the reason I was watching F-1 races at that age. I've always been a fan of M. Schumacher but he never even got close to Senna..

                        Thirteen years ago?

A sad loss, he was one of the very greatest. It would have been cool to see him racing against Schuey at his peak.

He'd have run the German off the road more than likely!
