I use a USR 8054.
Flashable firmware, MAC adddress authentication, WAP/WEP encryption, built-in firewall.
Very easy web interface. Much better than any LinkSys I've used.

I was thining of mentioning US Robotics as well. They're stuff looks pretty good on the whole for cost for quality.

I use an Apple airport extreme and it rock solid. It works just as good for my windows boxes and it does for my macs.

It also has a USB port. I have a drive array hanging off it for network storage.

Wow... USB port is definitely very cool for network drives.
