Toe, would you same the same thing if it were your buddy Joe-schmo? Maybe not, huh? That's part of my point - seems like the punishment is being imposed because she is who she is.
Does she deserve jail time for what she did? That's a tough call. If she had been caught a second time for DWI, I'd say nail her to the wall. That's serious s**t. But traffic offenses on a suspended license? Jail time for that is pretty harsh.
Again, she's a pitiful excuse for a human being. And a horrible "celebrity" example for younger kids. But she doesn't "deserve" jail time any more than any other JoeSchmo that had committed the same offenses. And the judge probably has a lot of other options. S**t, humilaite the priceless little whore by making her do road crew cleanup for a month.

In Calif. they are getting very hard nosed. And, yes, she does deserve jail time. Just like anyone else with a record like her's. They can charge her a $1,000 a day for a bump up to solitary.:ROTF: :ROTF: She's going to need it.I am a true ass set to this board.

She doesn't need to ever work, so why is she so concerned about driving in the first place?I feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling.

.08 isn't very much nowadays.. legal limit used to be/was .10 for a long time.
Still.. she's flagrantly saying f-you to the system. She supposed to get counsel, but hasn't, hasn't even attempted... most probabtion officers wouldn't bent the rule as guidelines are outlined by state law. They don't want to lose their jobs just because your a blonde celeb but breaking probation is grounds to land your ass back in jail and court. Given her mother's attitude in court, I gather she definitely thinks shes above the law and money can buy anything.Last edited by charvelguy; 05-05-2007, 03:22 PM.

Are we acting Paris "Dumb" here? She has a revoked license. She's already on probation. She made the decision to violate her probation. Not Mommy. Not Daddy. Not her upbringing. SHE, HER, IT decided to do what she did. And she has to pay the price.I am a true ass set to this board.

Regardless, she should be made an example of that she can't buy her way out of everything.

That ought to piss off a judge more than anything else.
good grief, if you are on probation, and loss of money or work really isn't an issue, (even tho she may have obligations) what the heck is the problem? She always acts like she doesn't have to do it anyone elses way except hers.
You do the states mandate on counsel or get close to it, ride out the time accordance to term and you're off.
I agree, she.. as I said before, is an adult, she has to take accountability for her actions.
