I did it for a living for 7 years. I still cook now, but only to eat! I couldn't go back to doing it for a living though.Comment

I never minded the work- it was the attitude of the management- "You're scum and we can replace you with the next body that walks through the door" kind of thing. They're not ALL that way, but the corporate restaurant mentality (or lack thereof) is. And then dealing with overly picky whiners used to really piss me off! People just like to piss and moan about ANYTHING sometimes, whether it's a real problem or not- if you know what I mean then you've been there and dealt with that, too!Comment
