I define GAS as, "Guitar As Seen". If it strikes your fancy, you buy it. If it's a "steal", you buy it. If it's what you want, you buy it. If it costs more than $100, you take a deep breath and then buy it.

Yep, the GAS syndrome is very high here. You don't want to get GAS and have to aquire more gear, you need the other "GAS" and leave this forum. GAS = Go Away Soon.

Bad gas - When you collect pictures of interesting guitars for future gas and/or you take the initiative to actually build your own guitar (mutt) because you don't see exactly what you want.

Amps are part of the gas equation as well.
