  • New bike day!!

Well, I had a "new bike day" on Saturday. Traded my roadstar warrior and got back on a sportbike. I picked up this '06 CBR 1000RR at the local dealer. Feels good . . .

        Ooh, a Fireblade - lovely!

Do they call them 'blades in the US? I don't see any decals on there.

Damn, you look like Rob Halford. I wonder where that finger is going on next?

Went for a ride on a friends Honda motorcycle once. Death machine, but one hell of a ride. Congrats!

Feels good and looks great. What more could you ask for? And that goes for a lot of things.

Clean Fett, you can *always* ask for clean.

Oh, and very nice bike! I've got a friend who's still tooling around on his '94 900RR.

That too.:ROTF: :ROTF: I just have a question. With the way you have to ride those things, doesn't your back hurt?

Back when I rode 'em there was a spot right between my shoulder blades that would've felt better if someone had stuck a knife in there but otherwise not too bad.

Nice bike!! I tried the crusier thing, however, and I just miss sportbikes. Here's a pic of my old bike (cruiser).

new bike day always kicks ass. Im thinking about selling my 91 gsxr 1100 this year, buying something newer, although i cant physically ride most of the new sportbikes. Plank of a seat, and the ass-up riding position kills my wrists. Ill probably get a zzr1200 or interceptor, something like that.

That cbr is awesome. I have a feeling itll do better wheelies than the roadstar,
Its a complete catastrophe. But Im a professional, I can rise above it. LOL
