Wow, cool, I was thinking about posting a similar thread since I just bought my first mountain bike. So, I've been in the bicycle business for about 2-3 weeks now.

I've got a Focus Black Hills, full Deore, with an LX rear derailleur... good enough for an amateur like me! I got really hooked, it's awesome!

I'll snap a pic of my bike and post it.

I have a Mongoose bmx bike (expert comp?) and a Redline freestyle one (RL640?). I haven't touched either of them in like 7 years

        NIce bikes...

I have 5 bikes knocking around the place, i like to do them up/repair etc nothing special....i even have both my bikes when i was 10 and 14 years old...

main interest is riding for pleasure, my legs don't go as fast as they did when i was a teenager!

Whaa. I haven't rode my old TREK 930 for about a year.
So many good trails out here.

I have the greatest bike on the planet, i'm sure you've all seen it a hundred times, ape hangers, banana seat , sissy bar and huge ape hangers. Purple with a red seat, with room to give rides to twinkies.
Not helping the situation since 1965!

                    Here's mine: http://new.photos.yahoo.com/chrisols...60762310060180

I'm currently riding the '05 Litespeed Tuscany and Teramo, and the '04 Cannondale F600.

The Felts I had were far and away the best aluminum bikes I ever owned, but just pale in comparison the the Ti bikes. The Schwinn Peloton is one I wish I had back though. It was a Reynolds 853 steel frame - those are tough to top for ride quality.

                      Here's mine.

                      Saracen MaxTrax with 'zocchi Z2 Bombers.(And a stoopid-looking mudguard)
I'd love to get a decent road racer, but the roads around here are like downtown Baghdad, and I dont think the narrow rims would survive for very long.
