I downloaded it and I can't get any processed sound only the clean guitar sound. I am wondering if I just got scammed out of $19.95. The guy I emailed won't refund my money since it doesn't work. Worst yet is he won't answer simple questions he just gets angry and derogatory and will post a link for me to read and it's a dead link. Anyone deal with this guy / company before?
