I was thinking of starting some sort of half-assed workout routine to lose weight ... Is cardio the way to go if I don't have weights anywhere near me? I own a few bikes (both stationary and you know ... the regular kind) and have alot of open road, is biking alone good enough?

Well, I'm UNDERweight. I eat ready made sandwiches, crisps, chocolate, cakes, icecream, pizza and tinned food. No excercise, other than walking home from work now and then. In fact, I'm so skinny, I can't even trigger the doormat alarm at my local newsagent. I would eat more food, but then I'd be losing out on the booze and guitars.Fuck ebay, fuck paypal
