Well you have to admit that it was hard to concentrate on his guitar when you have Sanjaya butchering the song to begin with. Also, Joe's guitar didn't seem to be very high in the mix, it was almost distant sounding. It had that kinda oops we forgot to turn up Joe's Guitar mic, but that's okay because there are so many mics on stage that one is bound to pickup his guitar kinda sound.

the reason he sucked , and I have not watched the clip, was due to Joe being on a douchebag show that is for the pop teen sensation of the month crowd, the polar opposite of what he is. I'd never drop my love for Joe over American Idol. I've never watched that show, nor will I. I've completely boycotted it, and if you guys think Kelly Clarkson is hot, you'd probably fire one off walking to the store to get smokes out here. She mightbe cute, or doable, or as some have said here, hot. I've seen her twice I think. her picture that is, and in my unhumble opinion, she's not on the hot'o meter.

Sorry bro... Joe sucked because he sucked. It had little to do with the lame show he was on.
If you watched it.. you would totally agree. He blew it big time. I know it doesn't matter because after all.. he is Joe Fuckin Perry. I was just surprised on how really bad he was. I almost felt sorry for him. I could understand if he needed the money but jeez... even Gene Simmons has more pride.
Regarding Kelly Clarkson... she looked really hot on the show. They kept the camera on her ass.. and thats a good thing. She also has a very good voice.

I just watched those performances on youtube.

Durning the Kinks song.... what Joe did wrong? He didn't played wrong chords or against the beat.... the way how it was mixed was horrible, and his lower strings were out of tune a bit. Playing wise it wasn't horrible.

My band wants to shoot a video at SIR in NYC next weekend to submit to that new American Idol band search contest. I am fighting them tooth and nail. I don't want to do it.
