At a bar believe it or not.

She told me to put my shoulders back, and stop slouching. It was love at first nag.

She came to one of our shows. It took us 4 years to get together after we met. Going strong for over 2 now.
I feel festive all year round. Deal with it.

Online...online personals actually. I had put an ad on Yahoo Personals after breaking up with an ex, went on a few dates, ended up seeing a girl for awhile who was a "career woman" and (despite being in a band) wasn't really quite what I was looking for. In any case, I forgot I still had a profile online, and my now-wife emailed me. We ended up hitting it off right away, dated for five years, and now have been married for three.

@ work. i got a part time gig at starbucks right away when i moved to texas, so i'd have some kind of income while i went full-time job hunting. she worked there as well and i was shocked at how cold her hands were when we were introduced. then i learned that she just arrived from the ice rink that she skated at. it's been 4 pretty great years.

In class at college. I caught her staring at me. I thought she was really into me. Then she walked up after my class and made a crack about my eyebrows.

She was married to the drummer in a band I was in. Years after the band broke up they called it quits. She came to see me in the NICU unit when I had got into a bad accident. A few months later we moved in together.. bought a house... got married... etc. Neither of us would have ever thought we would be married to each other from how we first met but here we are. I would have never pictured spending my life with her back when I played in a band with her ex, but now I can't picture spending it without.

I wish I never met my ex-wife. She's probably somebody else's baggage now. Being single is soooo much better. :ROTF:

I was friends with my wife's cousin, and she introduced us.

Celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary this past Saturday.
