Did you sign an agreement that they can look at your e-mails, if not the odds are they don't look.
I actually got my tech guy fired for spending his time checking were people had visited on the web. Dumbass tried to fuck with me and my job.

Actually, most companies just have that as part of their policy and there's no specific email agreement form. Same with tracking internet usage.
