Now, I know why I'm not a sauced guy.
I bought this stuff called Quark. It's some cheese stuff. It's like a yogurt. Who cares? It sells for $2.99 and I got mine for 10 cents. So, I decided to make stroganoff. I did a pint of Quark and 1/2cup of whole milk. It took more than an hour and a half to cook the shit down. Chopped up leftover roast cooked in the juice, onion, bell pepper and noodles.
Yum. But making the sauce was a royal pain in the ass. I'm sure glad I like to cook.:ROTF: :ROTF: :ROTF:
