Here's hoping that the judge's order is executed as he directed. She earned her 45 days in jail through her own actions, so let her serve them. Just like any "lesser" person would have to do.

I wonder if Conrad Hilton is rolling over in his grave.

So you're saying ALL the people who violate their probation terms for a DUI conviction should all be given a free pass then.

So you're saying we should just repeal the DUI laws since they aren't really criminals right?
        Give me a fucking break.

She broke the law... more than once... that makes her a criminal.

Hahaha is it on youtube yet?

Mind you she'll probably sell her story for millions when she's out... that's justice for you.

The best part of this is that a reporter was hit by the squad car that brought Paris back. Too bad they didn't run down more of them.

                :ROTF::ROTF::ROTF:

Wait, so she went in for just a fraction: 23 days, then got released and now is back in for the full 45 days!?

                DESTROYED!

So there is justice after all.
She was cryin' for her mama when the judge ordered her scrawny ass back to jail.
                  Welcome to the REAL world.

Does anybody find it totally absurd that the feed on every news channel is a live shot of Paris's house? Jesus.

So the fact she got busted, then busted 2 more times on a suspended license and she should get a get out of jail free card? Youwouldn't get one why should she ...because she has money?

                    Bah!

First of all, it's pretty uncommon for people (anyone) to serve their full sentences for things like a DUI.

Second of all, you totally missed my point.

No.. I think it is you who have missed the point.
She violated her probation... which was what she was sentenced too for the original offense.
She has since fucked up two times, two strikes there and failed to attend an class for alcohol awareness, strike three... you're out!

I just think that jail time for two bit offenses is an outmoded method of punishment (that's also been statistically shown, overwhelmingly, to not work).
But that's really a whole new can of worms.

I'm not suggesting that she shouldn't be punished...

dude, wake up! DUI is not a small issue. Quoted from some articles... and this is only in the USA I presume.

Alcohol-related motor vehicle crashes kill someone every 31 minutes and nonfatally injure someone every two minutes(NHTSA 2006).

During 2005, 16,885 people in the U.S. died in alcohol-related motor vehicle crashes, representing 39% of all traffic-related deaths (NHTSA 2006).

In 2005, 48 children age 14 years and younger who were killed as pedestrians or pedalcyclists were struck by impaired drivers (NHTSA 2006).
