Oh lord, I'm GLAD that Phil doesn't needlessly rip it up in every song. I'd be bored to tears with every song if it had a face-melting (albeit brain-numbing) solo.

He really only showcases his speed on songs like "Let's Get Rocked", and "Wasted 1999" (I posted an MP3 of it in THIS thread).
