Saturdays menu is a 10.5 lb packer brisket cooked for about 12 hours in my smoker + cheese stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon + Bush's baked beans with added bacon grease sauteed onions and green peppers topped with bacon strips cooked in a dutch oven in the smoker + corn bread + margaritas + beer + vodka/lemonades.

Did I mention I have a problem with gout? Shocking huh?

The night ended with almost all of the food and booze gone, half the people sleeping on the ground in the back yard, and one of the local cops sitting in the hammock lighting Roman candles.

I guess it was a success.
