and I want your help. I put it here to get the most exposure. If you had your choice of which pickup to put in this guitar, what would it be? And why. That should be "Choose" Thanks. There will be a prize.
Either a coil-tapped DiMarzio Super distortion to give you something high output with some versatility to go with the guitar, or an EMG 89, which is a coil tapped 81. I would get something you could coil tap, as it will give a little more versatility.
Not meaning to hijack this thread, but I find that hard to believe. Have you had any experience with said pickup? I wonder how it sounds on a real guitar.

Since you usually buy cheap, inexpensive guitars, what do you use for an amp? IMO, if you've got a cheap amp, it really isn't going to matter all that much what pickup you put in. Might as well just keep the stock pickup in there.
