Something tells me he's going to be a spectacular flameout! Mojo Myles? Give the kid a chance, Dad. Sheesh, why do parents do this?

      yea, but can he tapdance?

man, I'm struggling here with one instrument.

I wonder about the burn-out thing though. How much is this a kid just loving to make music, and how much is it the parent's pushing him to be some kind of novelty act. One of his other videos they're calling him a prodigy. Now, he's entertaining, and I thought he did a good job on each instrument, but "prodigy" is playing it up a little. And I don't imagine he's running this YouTube page himself
      Hail yesterday

Well at age 11 was fully capable of making my own decisions and knowing what i like and don't like. I think he's enjoying himself, and who wouldn't if you can do that...

Maybe I'm wrong. it all just seemed a little too slick, from the name down to the opening schtick. kids at the Eastman school nearby are all prodigies when they get there, but then when confronted with talents just as good as theirs, many of them flame out because most of the fun was being the best at what you did. best in neighborhood, etc. compare this kid's story to, say, Joe Pass's story. Pass was a prodigy too, from a non-musical working class family. His father gave him some really kooky ideas too about playing the guitar (i.e. leave no gaps). by age 14, pass was already strung out on heroin.
