Gonna be there a week with the fam, looking for outdoor stuff to do. Nature trails, fishing - stuff like that.

Anybody? Tips? Suggestions?

Take the family to the Henry Doorly Zoo...they've got a killer aquarium, plus an indoor rain forest and desert dome.

If you are down with lots of nature, maybe mix in a trip to Fontenelle Forest in Bellevue (suburb south of downtown omaha).

For some dinner, ya might check out the Old Market area downtown.

And if you decide to cross the river to Council Bluffs for gambling...go to the Horseshoe. (the other two are little riverboat casinos.)
