refinishing a fiber glass exterior door?

alright, i am dog tired at looking at my mom's front door looking like stabbed poo. they finished it the first time, it looked alright for a while, but after this texas sun baked the shit out of it..... it looks awful, i know there are a lot of you that are DIYers, i need help!!!!!!

what would your recommend besides calling a pro, because, 'round here there ain't none.

i need a full run down, strip, what type of stain and what type of top coat.
