On VH1 Right now! I have to say, they opened with Livin on a Prayer, and it sounded damn good. Major props for sounding just as good if not better than they did in the 80's!

Well, it's Blon Joki, so there y'are
I never liked the Unplugged stuff. It was started from a suggestion/rant in a letter to the guitar magazines that guitarists like Vai, etc, couldn't play half their own songs if they were forced to do it on acoustics without their expensive rack units and custom guitars, and Guitar World brought it to MTV for consideration.
Even though it was a ratings success, the very same shred kings that inspired the rant have never appeared on it.I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood

I hate it when people do not listen to music but try to shit people's playing. All those classical music composers weren't playing their songs themselves and "still" aren't

I have to assume it was the same one I had to watch on CMT last night which kind of says it all right there. My Girlfriend loves Bon Jovi (Big shock) and I heard his last 2 albums. I must say they are very very lame. He is definitely is trying to be more country. Having a fiddle player up front and a lap steel guitar play the whole night. I didn’t catch it until 15 minutes in, but watched the rest of it and Ritchie didn’t play one lead the whole time. Poor Ritchie is probably thinking “I sure hope he gets this country crap out his system soon and we can get back to writing some rock tunes”

I listened to their latest album and it kinda sounds like Bon Jovi meets Rascal Flatts. I listen to all kinds of music, so I am sure that it will grow on me, but you know there are just some lines that shouldn't be crossed.Damn, I love this Interweb.

the unplugged on cmt was pretty good i thought... it wasn't as good as "keep the faith" an evening with bon jovi back in 92. but it was decent, i don't think "lost highway" is a pure country jam. it has some decent songs on it. but then i'm a bon jovi fan. so go figureGuitars... Rhoads RX10D
Amp... Pioneer
Effects... Boss ME-20
