Donny, I'm heading out in a few minutes to go play with a band me and my singer may join and then we're doing an open jam afterwards. When we bust into some blues you know it's all about my little brother in Seattle tonight.

I can't say I know where we got it from... but we're one in the same. I tend to piss people off because I'm not going to keep my mouth shut when I have an opinion. I tell them how it is, cause sugar coating it is simply not worth my time. They realize I'm right and get over it eventually

It was a drunken night at NAMM. (I think went back home by that time) I can't remember if we had just come back from Loffler's or the Galaxy show, but I made some comment about going over to Del Taco for some late-night drunken eats.

KISW (local rock station) just sent over some guys with a stack of cd's, a few dvds, a signed tshirt from the whole staff, and some shirts for the rest of us....... that was really really awesome of them.

It was after the Hoey show at Lofflers. We were all pretty toasted that night.

And speaking of that night - I still owe Donny a drink - I had finished my drink and was standing there empty handed - probably the first time that night - Donny noticed before even Todd did and had gone to get me a drink before I could even say anything. He came back with a Jack and Coke and told me that nobody should be there without a drink in their hand. Even plastered he was worried about everybody else!

Yes, his body is rejecting the liver which was transplanted 10+ years ago (age of 14).... but now because of the rejection, other things are starting to shut down.... when your liver doesnt work, other things start screwing up too, ya know?

This kinda brought tears to my eyes. I was his myspace friend on my old profile. I will never forget that picture where I said something eluding to limp bizkit, or some kinda "yo dawg" kinda stuff.

I just read this post about an hour ago. ( my eyes are still watering)
It makes my petty troubles this week seem Very small.
I've been reflecting on the picture you posted Lori.
If that was me, In bed in a coma, I would want some head phones on my head and some of my favorite tunes blasting.
When my wife was pregnant 22 years ago, I used to put headphones
up to my wifes stomach so my daughter would like rock.
Better yet, Play some Disco for him,
That should snap him out of it.

I realized just an hour or so ago that we had a very cool Seahawks pillow with a speaker in it that plugs into an mp3 player.... his friend brought it over for him. I plugged in the mp3 player thats loaded with about 2gb of music he had with him in the hospital as well and turned on the tunes. Hes rocking out over there now.
