From personal experience, I can tell you that people need to be aware that they are near a Shotput, Disc or Javelin area. I almost killed a runner that wasn't paying attention and walked at the 55 mark of the shotput ring, ball missed the top of his head by able 6 inches and pegged his claf instead. It would have popped his skull like a grape. I mean, the shot and discus throwers start off not looking in the opposite direction for the most part.

Discus and Javelin, people just need to get the fuck away. It is not rare to see an out of bounds thwo just like a foul ball and they can fuck you up more then a baseball ever could.
