We are talking 9K here + about $400. I was talking to my fleamarket friends and 200 sq/ft of storage space costs $200/month. So, I get 720 sq/ft for $500/month. How can I lose?

I have made a decision on what to do if and when I buy the trailer. Sorry, thrifstore babe, I just don't want to deal with you as much as I love you. I am going to live in both trailers. I have reached maximum saturation in my trailer with all the shit I have. I am going to use the other trailer as a shop and storage and start getting rid of stuff. I will sleep there 3 or 4 days a week so it's owner occupied. Did I ever tell you I should have bought a double-wide?
