I’ll keep my rant short but this is so irritating. I don’t believe in god, the devil, whatever. I think I have a good bead on how it all works, evolution and such but…..I respect religion. I respect people beliefs. I think that’s part of whats wrong with the world today, lack of religion and no fear of god.
What I don’t like is when we have to take it too the next level. Why do our religious beliefs have to take us to these places. Exorsisum……come on get real. Besides she was clearly a witch and needed to be burned at the stake.

Exorcism is a part of Christianity...
I myself don`t like religion( I have my reasons but, I won`t write them here cause as far as I know it`s not allowed to talk over religion in this forum am I right?...)
If you believe in god and live under his laws props to you!..
I won`t judge you and so do you not judge me.. and we are fine...

based upon a real story... Of a german girl that had epilepsy and died

Let's not go blaming religion for this one. There's no mention of a priest or any religious officials being involved at all. Sure sounds more like the grandfather was a f**kwad who was on bugged out on drugs and/or just plain old looney, claiming an "exorcism" was taking place. I mean, he was choking to death his 3 year old granddaughter. And her mother (only 19) was "naked and blooded" in the room. Sounds like this was an issue of domestic violence and/or drugs, not religious nuttery.

That wasn't a "Excocism"..that was a family of fucking wackos..crazy people do exist you know. I'm comfirmed that 9 out of 10 people in the world are fuggin nuts...and I'm one of them because I let all the crazy people drive me fuggin' nuts. We totured and burned people at the stake just over a 100 years ago. Human nature is vicious and brutal..look what we did to Jesus over 2000 years ago..Nero, Hitler, Osama, Saddam...what has change???

Show me a three year that is NOT possesed..I feel sorry for kids today. Parents are too quick to throw them on drugs just to shut them up. Before Ridlin it was wooden spoon..which worked better!

Far as Religion is concerm two things..one, this case had nothiong to do with Religion. Two, don't get me started on that subject...

I guess I tend to look at it the opposite way. For too many, religion is a license to sin on Saturday, repent on Sunday. Not to mention all the sectarian violence it breeds in the name of the only "true" God.

It's ironic to think about all these religions and sects coming into being through violence, and then the subdivisions inside religions are violent. Muslims are pissed off at Christians, but they still find the time to go after other Muslims (Shiite, Sunni, Alevi, etc.) With Christians, it's the same thing.

This is the classic gamble. Just repent on your deathbed, and you're saved.

Even women can be evil.....everything was great till Eve came along...APPLE!.....Seriosly though I didn't mean to get into religon here. I don't think religon had anything to do with it other than the nut beleived it did. To me it was just sad that a family would have to experience something like that for something so stupid. Danastas beleive me I agree about the downfalls, I have to say it rsponsable for much of the worlds problems. The good though is the thou shall not kill stuff that if people followed and truly beleived (religious or not) would bring much good. In any event the guy is a fanatic and he got tazered like he needed.

Label as you will. Good vs. Evil? You bet yer sweet ass there is both. Be a cop for a week or two and you will see enough to prove that there are good and evil people out there.

Religion is a multi level marketing scheme. Pay yo way to salvation. To coin a phrase.........most preachers believe, "if it don't make dollars it don't make cents".

God vs. the devil...............well, I know God in my heart and I don't feel that is anybodies busines but mine and God's as the bible clearly states. But, my opinion will not appeal to everyone reading this. I respect 3 beliefs, God's word, Satanists (who also know God better than most) and Paganism. The 3 best representatives of man's quest to find a higher power. I know good and I know evil.

I have seen first hand that there are certain religions out there that preach Excorcism as a way to flush the evil out of, especialy, children. I watched a couple of reputable dudes try to excorcise demons out of a 2 year old who grew up to be a very twisted young individual. If the father of that little one were good enough to help momma raise him, he would have had a fighting chance. Turns out momma's family used organized religion to make personnal gain. I saw momma not too long ago in a bar. Put it this way, me and my wife held her hair while she threw up and took her to our home to sleep it off and fed here breakfast, gave her a ride to get here car and made sure she was okay after it was all over. If that isn't for the greater good of humanity than what is?
