      He was on some of the greatest teams assembled, and he also got to broadcast for 40 years. Not a bad way to spend your life. At times he was so off the wall it was hilarious, and that's what made him funny as fukk.

          Very sad. Scooter was a straight-up honorable man. Original old school. And a funny as s**t broadcaster. I grew up listening to him call the games. He was the voice of the Yankees, as far as I was concerned.

          RIP Scooter.

            RIP. I saw a guy on the street this morning on 42nd street with a 10 shirt on today. It was reeally nice to see his number/name as a tribute.

            Gotta do it.
