Chill out. I have sold stuff since 1999 and I have never provided a tracking number. It will get there when it gets there. That or it was "Sidetracked" as is stolen.

I see what you mean, though.
EDIT: Also, this is technically a "company." It might be a one-man band behind the scenes, but you would think that a company with a broad range of products offered would be a bit more customer service oriented.Member - National Sarcasm Society

Start the complaint process with eBay and PayPal. They will give the seller a chance to answer to them, if they dont then you will get your money back. Either way, it will get the ball rolling one way or another.Imagine, being able to be magically whisked away to... Delaware. Hi... Im in... Delaware...

It's way too early to do anything but wait. If you guys want instant gratification, ebay is not the place. Sellers can ship. The delivey guys can route your box to a Bumfuck Egypt Hub and it can take three weeks to go 200 miles. That's ebay. It's still the best game in town.I am a true ass set to this board.

Update: Friday night, I went ahead and sent a complaint message to E-Bay about it. Then on Saturday night, I finally heard from them. The item has shipped with a tracking number.
I have no idea if my complaint had any bearing on this and I honestly don't care. I'm just glad that it seems to be resolved. I've refrained from leaving them any feedback, but I'll leave that option open.
I've learned my lesson. Unless an item is extremely hard to find, that's the last time I'll deal with a "business" that only exists on E-Bay. If they don't have a legitimate phone number and address, forget it.Member - National Sarcasm Society

I went through quite a few transactions with great communication & no problems, but the last year or so I seem to get sellers like yours more & more often. Not a word & no tracking info, but the item just shows up. Doesn't bother me for small items, but this shit won't fly for big ticket items at all. I've never been screwed, and I've learned to wait about 10 days before I start to worry. The worst offenders for bad communication seem to be the high-volume guys. They also tend to be the ones who never leave feedback for their buyers. I've got about half the rating I should have, and it pisses me off after leaving them a positive. I guess they're overwhelmed & don't have the time to send form emails or leave copy/paste feedback.

I rest my case again. I have only once dealt with a multi-thousand ebay seller and it went well. But to think that they care about any "One" buyer is something I don't even consider. It's not like you can go back to your local store and actually talk to a person. That's ebay.I am a true ass set to this board.

Oh, one thing I forgot to add: don't leave the guy a neutral or neg. I guarantee you'll get a retaliatory negative, and it'll hurt you way more than it'll hurt him. That's just the way it works, unfortunately. What you can do is give him a low mark for communication with the new rating system, which is supposed to be anonymous. It probably won't even make a dent in his stats, but you might feel a little better.
