I tend to agree about Hair Nation on Sirius. They don't seem to have a very deep catalog and usually it's the same regurgitation of Poison, Ratt, Motley Crue, and GnR. However, the last I listened, XM didn't have a "real" metal station, whereas Sirius has HardAttack. Additionally, Sirius has a killer 90s/Alt. station called "Lithium" which plays a lot of Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Candlebox type stuff.
