An "Introduction" Forum

We are getting a lot of new members that make their first post all over the place. Why not have a forum where new people can wade in? Or, you can tell me to shutup.

The point to a dedicated "Forum" is that some Noobs get a very warm welcome and others get lost by posting in a particular forum and get a "Buy the way. Welcome to the Board" welcome.
