        No seriously. Woring out is good for the body and the joints. Just don;t over due it. And obviously right after a work out your muscles including your fingers will be fatigued. So they wont move as fast as they did prior. But the next day. All will be good. And i heard Lynch was taking roids not Petrucci.

        Theres nothing wrong at all with working out, just don't overdo it. Stay away from moves that put a crunch on wrista and elbows ( squat, forearm curl, bench-press, etc... ) or just go light. Or you can do some yoga dude. I remember when i was lifting for football, my playing got really bad, like all chunky and not very articulate.
