My wife has it.. just take it easy, eat lots of fiber, don't eat anything with seeds in it, and don't eat food that has a lot of starch in it.
My wife was in the hospital for a few days with nothing but fluids because she had it pretty bad. Just try to push everything through your system and watch watch you eat very closely.Light intervened, annihliating darkness.
