I can't indulge. I'm a trucker.....the DOT isn't a forgiving entity when it
comes to the Ganja. Although ironically they'd have no problem at all if
I chose to drink myself into a stupor whenever I was off duty. But I'm
all done with that as well. "Man's gotta know his limitations"

After burning for 14 years, I found it to be dull and lifestealing.

I have known a few people who were addicted to pot. It was just lame how in denial they were. They couldn't go for a day without sinking a few bowls then when they try to quit, they go back after a week. It's just like any other drug/habit. As long as it doesnt take hold of your life, who cares what you do.

While I generally don't have a problem with people that choose to smoke pot, I also know quite a few people that have wasted thier lives with it. Of course the same argument can be made for drinking as well, but drinking doesn't seem to lead to other drugs like pot often does. To each his own I guess...most of us on the board are old enough to make our own decisions in life.

I'm like uberthrall(truck driver) DOT keeps me from doing that stuff.I would rather have a job and eat/buy stuff than smoke weed.I have done just about every drug under the sun and really had fun with it but there is a time to grow up.
I have no problem with people that smoke weed its a natural way to get high.

weed is the wonder drug and great for stress relief. Weed makes lazy fuggers lazier but I know a bunch of professional folks holding 6 figure jobs who smoke occasionally (couple times a week). If your prone to being unproductive, uninspired, unemotional, and just basical a bump on a log you shouldnt partake in weed at all as you'll just say its the weed but its you, not th eweed

To each his own. If someone wants to veg in front of thier TV smokin' a joint, more power to them...

If the DOT would let you get high, I'd probably be a truck driver right now. I use to say that in High School. Might still mean it...

But I do believe weed is much, much less harmfull than alcohol. We made the wrong one legal...
