Selling a whole neighborhood

Just north of Seattle there is a building boom going on like you wouldn't believe. There are people that have one house on a very big parcel. They sell out to the developers for big bucks. Here is a new twist. There is a sub-division of SFHs that are being surrounded by new muti-fam units. Here is their plan: 23 of 30+ home owners have banded together and plan to sell the whole 12 acre 'hood for 30 million bucks. hahahaha, greed is wacky...

GEAR:

some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!

some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!

and finally....

i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!
