The glove scene was ridiculous..he's wearing rubber gloves and trying to put on leather gloves that were all shribbled up with dried blood..um..they really didn't "fit" that good..ya think!!!

Horns you and I both know that you have to wear rubber gloves. OJ wouldn't want to get his old DNA mixed up with the original.
I am a true ass set to this board.

Yeah right..now that would be a perfect fit.

He could put those gloves on (They're his) if he knew he wasn't going to jail for life.

I like my gloves to fit snug..I could have a hard time putting them on if I wanted to..and that's without wearing rubber gloves..let's see..dry Rubber and Leather..hmmmmmm..ya think!!!

Put some KY on those gloves like OJ did with the court system..and they'll go right on!

Huh? I'm wondering if you watched the same trial I did, since they found hard (read: DNA) evidence in his car, his yard, and his house.

The only reason, the *only* reason he got away with it is because of Furman. Throw a possibly racist cop in the mix and you will have a get out jail free card.

Well, too bad, he's used it up now, I hope he rots.

Ok, I counted to 1,000, now my little piece:

                            I disagree on several points:
Don't forget how extremely incompetent Marcia Clark was.
And Lance Ito being lost in the camera eye.
And the LAPD not standing behind the DNA evidence.
And the nullification minded jury. A bit stacked, I would say.

I unwillingly watched most of the charade, in which the defense focused on everything but OJ, a publicity stunt gone wild. They put the LAPD on trial, and the worst part is, they had willing participants in the media lapping it up. And then to cap it, there was the big question as to whether OJ should take the stand. Well, by that time, it wasn't necessary, it was more important to prosecute Furman and the entire LAPD command structure!

Other than all of those odds in OJ's favor, he still wound up being guilty as charged in the Goldman's civil suit. Oh, but they were just greedy people jumping on the bandwagon.

                            I'm done. Help me, Horns.

I can halfway see where people get that impression, as someone who watched every minute of the trial (we were in the studio and didn't start recording until the evening everynight) I think she kinda got the screwjob by the judge.

I would have liked to have seen her be more tough and go for the jugular on everything, but there were times where she was like, "ok, fine" and just looked defeated. And all the sidebars, and turning off the cameras, it was a slap in the face to everyone watching.

The worst part about it though was that she had such a solid case up until the recordings came out with Furman being Furman. That changed it all. I remember him being up on the stand and the question came out, has he ever said that word in 10 years and he said no...I knew it was a lie, everyone has...depends on the context, they just asked him if he said it, and he blew it. How he couldn't tell they were leading him on I have no idea, he's just stupid. It was so obvious they had *something* on him, he would have been so much better off saying yes, so what? It's a word, big deal, you see it and hear it all the time. But to say no??? What a dumbass!

That simple fuckup automatically sealed this case, and gave the defense all the ammo they needed to sell their new theory that it was all a cop plant.

The LAPD screwed themselves with Rodney King, and the cops in L.A. , at least in my old neighborhood will be the first to tell you how much their hands are really tied. They bend over backwards now, and I have seen killers get away twice in lockdowns in my old neighborhood because of their inaction to go after these people hard. Oh, they did manage to catch one the third time, after all he did kill a cop, but it took them almost 10 hours to get him out of a one block area.

The media is at fault for it too, because any damn thing that they can use to twist against PD's they do, which may be their function and all but it's having a detrimental effect on how cops can do their jobs.

Other than all of those odds in OJ's favor, he still wound up being guilty as charged in the Goldman's civil suit. Oh, but they were just greedy people jumping on the bandwagon.
Hmm, greedy eh? Well I can see how you may see that, but you must understand these families watched their loved ones killer GO FREE. I don't know about you but if it would have been my son I would have done the same thing, at this point unfortunately it is all you *can* do legally.

Here we have a guy who beat the crap out of his wife and threatened to kill her and conveniently planned a trip to Chicago, leaving the night of the murder, and we're supposed to believe that an unidentified "someone" :

-Removed the bulb from the dome light in *his* Bronco and placed it under the passenger seat so as not to be noticed getting in or out of it.

-Drove to her house and killed her and Ron in such a violent bloody manner that indicates jealous rage.

-Dropped a glove at the scene, Isotoner, extra large , which Nicole had purchased the same exact brand a few years prior, and OJ had been seen wearing on occasion.

-Managed to somehow leave one of OJ's own hairs on Ron Goldman's body.

-Leave a footprint of a size 12 Bruno Magli shoe at the scene (since this is such popular footwear for criminals) and surprisingly enough the same exact bloody print from the same shoe in OJ's Bronco.

-Drops a knit cap at the scene with OJ's hair in it.

-Runs a red light and almost hits one of OJ's neighbors who interestingly enough identified the person *as* OJ, since he stuck his head out of the window yelling "get out of the way!"

-Fishes around under the passenger seat to find and replace the dome light bulb but fails and leaves blood streaks under the seat.

-Hops the fence and drops the other bloody glove, and leaves a trail of blood on the walkway.

-A limo driver waiting to take OJ to the airport sees a man fitting his description entering the house then suddenly gets a call from inside saying he overslept.

-Enters OJ's home leaving drops of blood in the foyer, and goes upstairs to take off his blood soaked socks.

Maybe this was mistaken identity??? Maybe the cops planted it??? Pffft...he got away with murder. Someones son and daughter are dead, and he gets to play golf. I hate the double jeopardy law, I think that's something that has to be changed, maybe something where in a case where new evidence comes to light then a grand jury can review and decide to bring it back to court. And not like a witness changes testimony or anything, they had their chance to tel the truth already, but say in this case a murder weapon pops up, or an additional eye-witness, or some sort of video footage, photo's ...anything that could potentially prove this person is guilty, then bring it. Let's get these sorry, evil bastards locked up like the animals they are.
