Guitar body weight

I am curious. I have guitars that weigh less than 7 pounds and a lot that weigh a lot. What say yee? I like the lighter ones. My two '84 Kamers are maple and they are tonners. And they just sit. The heaviest is a Johnson that weighs 12 pounds. That REALLY sits.

Hi, Ron. My Johnson is actually a pretty cool guitar. If it could just lose some weight. That's a jab. I'm almost sorry. My edits are mostly typo corrections. Sometimes, I need to add a little. I very rarely delete what I typed. I like the "open" edit function.
