  • Coffee. Who does what?

I'm sure you already know what I do.:ROTF: But, let's hear it from you guys. Ghey coffee? Coffee of Color? (Because I can't say Black ) A particular roast? Home brewed? Or $3.50 a cup. Coffee has been around for about jillion years and it hasn't killed anyone yet.
I am a true ass set to this board.

We got one of these about a year ago:

We just got the lowest-price model, and it makes as good a cup of joe as I've had anywhere for any price. It brews 1 cup at a time in about 10 - 15 seconds. It makes strong coffee, but with no bitterness at all. Their gimmick and big money maker is the single-serve packets they sell, but they also make an accessory filter called the "My K-Cup" that lets you use whatever coffee you want. That's what we use.

The only drawback to these machines has been reliability. Ours has worked fine, but we have friends who've had problems with theirs just quitting after a few months, and it's a pretty common complaint if you check online. They'll replace the machine for free if you have the problem as long as you register it or save the receipt, but it's still a bummer. If ours craps out, I'm getting another one or checking into other single-cup machines, because the coffee is too damn good.

I usually go to Wawa and get Hazelnut with 1" of French Vanilla creamer and two packets of sugar. If you dont know what a Wawa is, then youre not from around here.

This is my vice. I make it at home, grind my own beans, and time permitting will use my French press. The Turks say "Coffee should be black as hell; strong as death, and sweet as love" but I use 1/2 n 1/2 and brew it strong. I am not too picky on brand but it has to be whole bean arabica. Sumatra is my fave and when I can get to Central Market that is what I buy. I refuse to drink the break room swill at work, but I can choke down some acrid Starbucks when I have to. My wife worked at a coffee shop before my daughter was born. I worked there part time and this is when I really got hooked.

One of my few remaininng vices. Two pots a day, milk no sugar. I drive
truck and deliver most of the stuff that Starbucks uses. During the course
of an average night I'll get three Ventis.......20 oz. from my stores. Dont
like the girlie flavored coffees.....lol,just the boldest available,NEVER any
          sugar.

Nothing exotic, but I love French Roast. A coon ass buddy of mine turned me on to it years ago and I've never looked back!
My goal in life is to be the kind of asshole my wife thinks I am.

Stuff's nasty poison, but it sure does smell great.
              I drink black tea...

Me too...love a good cup of coffee.
Its always a fresh pot, I buy the whole beans and grind them up.
Mostly Starbucks with a 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
I switch oftenly, one week I do a breakfast blend beans,
next week espresso roast, the next sumatra.

I've thought about it on several ocassions but never have yet,
but would like to sample one of those coffee makers in the above link.
I've heard by a handful of folks that have one (not the linked above but some other decent models) and have nothing but good comments about them.

I'm currently hooked on starbucks "orange creme frappuccino"
I love the thing and can't help myself.
The blue berry is really decent too.
Peace, Love and Happieness and all that stuff...

Mine has been around for a few seconds and it has already killed 6 flies and 2 ticks, + my cat usually gets dizzy and runs outside

Eh, I drink coffee maybe once or twice a year. Though, I can drink it black or with milk and sugar, doesn't really matter.
