    Yeah they say that they followed procedure. But starting to polygraph the husband before all search options were exhausted sounds pretty stupid. Especially given the level of cooperation the husband was providing. He let them search his home and vehicles with out a warrant.

              Most automobile insurance (at least mine) will cover you in the event of an accident. That car looks pretty new I wonder why she wouldnt be insured from that end.

                Not to the tune of what could be 1 million in bills. Or even 250K. Check your policy. The husband said he wouldn't sue. He may reconsider.

                  That's true. I can understand his desire to sue given the circumstances of what happened. But you know the county, city and whoever else will have that tied up in court for so long he would probably never see a penny.
