As long as stuff blows up and there's space ships and aliens I'm good to go. I have a very simple movie rating system: the more shit that gets fucked up the better the movie.
I want REAL change. I want dead bodies littering the capitol.

They've done a great job of capturing a lot of the original Star Trek vibe, but with two crucial exceptions: Uhura's rack & booty. The new Uhura is gorgeous, but every Trek fan knows that's not enough. She's supposed to be fuggin' stacked, period. Her mission: to receive the occasional life & death subspace transmission while being fuggin' stacked, to stand around on the bridge in a mini-skirt being fuggin' stacked, and hopefully appear at least once, fuggin' stacked, in a fur bikini.

Amen to that. There's too many emaciated, skinny chicks in movies and TV. I vote for more curvy chicks. Round asses, and big racks FTMFW!!

Don't forget "Nurse Chapel," the gorgeous blond amazon that had the hots for Spock!

They should bring back the Tribbles. Remember when James Kirk was up to his neck in space vaginas.

Remember "Bonk" Bonk"..those fuggin' crazy ass kids beating their asses. Then Kirk yells "No more Bonk Bonk!!!' They should combine those episodes and Bonk Bonk those fuggin' Tribbles...
"Bill, Smoke a Bowl and Crank Van Halen I, Life is better when I do that"
                  Donnie Swanstrom 01/25/06..miss ya!

"Well, your friend would have Bell's Palsy, which is a facial paralysis, not "Balls Pelsy" like we're joking about here." Toejam's attempt at sensitivity.

Nice. The Kirk guy sucks monkey balls, but the rest of the cast looks pretty good.

I hope the Asian chick in the screenshot isn't supposed to be Uhura. Gene Roddenberry picked Nichelle Nichols for a reason.

Plus, if you're doing "kiddie-Kirk and the gang", Uhura can't be anything but black. And stacked, with great legs

The producer "just doing his job" isn't enough. Ang Lee is a great director, but admitted he knew nothing about the Hulk. First movie blew (despite Jennifer Connely being in it, which is enough for me ), and it's a direct result of Ang Lee not being a fan.

                        Yep a valid point.

Tho i'm no movie buff, i go to the theatre maybe once a year if not once every few years, and only if someone has to drag me there, i thought the first hulk was awesome, i thought the style and the story was great.
Hulk was kinda meh, his face looked to computer generated, but i liked the movie overall, and how it was more of a drama than a cheezy special effects jerk fest.
                          haven't seen the second one.

I never go to the movies. It's been like years. But, this will be a must. I've been an original series fan since I saw the first show in 1966. I was 11 years old then and really into science. I loved the interplay from the original cast, so I hope they get this one right.

Agreed Bengal, this is a must for old Trek fans like us. I'm trying to be optimistic, but I'm sooooo scared they are going to completely FUCK IT UP.

They got it right. Very good characters. I saw it this morning with the first showing. It's worth it. Awesome special effects as well!

I remember anticipating the first episode of the original series in 1966. This movie is great.
