When I was in the Navy 82-87
I was Stationed at VX-5 China Lake, California.
I saw alot of F-86's get blown out of the sky.
By 1987 they were starting to use the F-4's for drones.
I was sad to see such nice aircraft get blown up/crash.

The two most amazing aircraft I have ever seen are:
The F-22 Raptor - I saw one make a near 90 degree turn, straight up and take off like a rocket, totally sureal.
A PT-13? painted up for RedBaron Pizza - took off at under 50 mph! It was crazy to realize you could lift off at that low of speed.
The F4 was the first model airplane I ever built. Looks good!When you take a shower in space, you have to press the water onto your body to clean yourself, and then you gotta vacuum it off. - Ace FrehleyComment
