When I wrestled in highschool our coach made a tape that we warmed up to that had Eye of the Tiger, Danger Zone, and some other cheesy stuff on it. We ran laps and did agility drills while it played. Totally demotivational. I would wear a walkman during that time and listened to Ride the Lightning. That's what made me want to rip peoples heads off.

I like the songs on that list more now than I did then. Back then if it wasn't Metallica, Death Angel, Slayer, or Megadeth, then it was pussy poseur rock.
Now that I'm old, I realize how damn catchy that Final Countdown keyboard riff really was.
And yes, I'm even man enough now to admit that Journey totally kicks ass.
