Man I have no idea but road trips are the shit!

I'd eat some of that Louisiana Cajun spiced up food for sure though!

Last time I was down that way was like in may and I was in Appalachiacola, FL. It was the shit man!

It's not the destination - it's the journey.

It's been ions since I spent any time in Monroe. My son used to play a few "metal" clubs in West Monroe, but for the life of me, I can't remember the names. It's a college town, so it does have a somewhat decent nightlife. Honestly, I live about an hour and a half west of Monroe in Bossier City and I can't think of one reason to travel that direction.

I was gonna say the best thing to do when in Monroe is drive on to Bossier or Shrieve Port(sp?). I passed through there a few times on my way to Georgia. I dont recall seeing one thing of interest while passing through there.

I had a scary experience hitchhiking through Monroe back in 1975; it wasn't a friendly town to longhaired dudes in the 70s...

They didn't bother to call to tell you the show was canceled? That's thoughtful of them! I guess Monroe hasn't changed all that much then!

At least you got home safe and sound, and the weather's been good for driving!
