Very good advice and not to sound preachy but you would do well to adhere to it.

I have the mesh thingy too, and its by far hands down, the better and preferred choice.

yeah thats good advice, the hardest thing for me is to take it easy, I just get so damn bored, but there is no way in hell I wanna do this again, I hid the last of my pills from GF cuz I do need em, As long as i don't do something stupid i feel i'll be Okay, the doc appears to have done a good job..
